Pam serves as both an Outpatient Case Manager and Human Services Assistant at the Health Services Center. In addition to assisting ten case managers, she provides services to a caseload of 36 patients and manages insurance for over 300 clients. After high school, she attended Trident Technical College where she earned several certificates, securing her various roles at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. Later, she decided to return to school at Limestone College, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Social Work in order to achieve her longtime desire to become a case manager. Pam was born and raised in Charleston. After months of interning at the Wellness Center, she knew she join the team, and she’s spent the last two and half years offering her services. She is driven by a positive attitude, respect for others, and working to break down the social barriers that often divide us. She enjoys being able to provide high-quality healthcare to a diverse community. If you’re looking, you might find Pam kicking back and binging a movie or TV series, hanging out with friends and family, or enjoying a plate of seafood.
