Jaqueline Owens is one of the Ryan White Wellness Center’s Care Managers. She assists patients in a holistic manner, acting as social support for her patients, offering community resources, and ensuring they attend their appointments. She received her Master’s in Family and Community Service Education from Ashford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Claflin University. She has 25 years of experience as a Human Services Professional. She previously worked for an HIV program before joining the Ryan White Wellness Center team and just couldn’t stay away. She enjoys making the lives of her patients a little easier with her work. She lives in Orangeburg and is finishing up her first year with the Ryan White Wellness Center.
