...the moral arc of the universe bends toward justice, but justice needs help. Justice only happens when good people take a stand against injustice. The moral arc of the universe needs people to support it as it bends.

Hannah fills a number of roles at the Wellness Center, including providing prevention services, HIV care management, women’s health services, and primary care. She began her medical career working as a Registered Nurse at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital after graduating from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked for two years on the Progressive Care Unit caring for adults with a wide array of acute medical conditions. She then returned to school to complete a Master of Science in Nursing from Anderson University.  She completed clinical rotations in adult and pediatric primary care, routine women's health, and HIV medicine, and is board certified as a family nurse practitioner.

Hannah joined our team in July of 2022. In October 2023, she was credentialed by the American Academy of HIV Medicine as an HIV Specialist.  Hannah is driven by faith, determination, empathy, and teamwork. She enjoys working within a team that can holistically address patients’ needs, enabling her to provide high-quality and comprehensive healthcare. She would encourage others to never fear being uncomfortable. She says that some of the most meaningful and rewarding experiences in life require us to be brave and step outside of our comfort zones to achieve them.
